    I’m what order should these be taken? Lemon juice says as soon as you wake up and the apple cider says on an empty stomach.

      • If you are doing a 5 day, would I drink one of each every day? And are any of these drunks suppose to be made in the blender or is everything whole?

      it says in the bottom of them all.if u want to take more than one every morning i suggest taking the apple cider vinegar first since it say on empty stomach then take any other ones.

    Is it safe to be taking all theee 4 fat burning juices daily like the lemon juice in the morning together with celery juice as well as the cucumber juice?
    They all sound effective. Have seen some of my gym mates come with cucumber juice in our classes and take it regularly during the sessions.

  4. Do I blend it all in a blender? Do I need to rotate days of drinking them or all together on the same morning?

  5. Do I blend the celery stalks in a blender ? Or just let them soak in the mixture?

  6. Apple Cider Juice and the Celery Drink both say first thing in the morning. If 4 drinks shouldn’t they be spread out throughout the day. Which should I drink for lunch? Kinda confused on a schedule of these.
