Baked apple slice are the perfect snacks to lose weight, especially if you have a sweet tooth.
They are naturally sweet and won’t ever make you take on weight.
Whenever you crave for a little sweet snack during the day, just spare 5 mins and prepare yourself a good bowl of baked apple slices and you’re gonna be full for the next few hours.
Low in calories and high in fiber, it’s proven that apples in general support weight loss.
So, why not get creative and make your own homemade apple snacks that will help you lose weight.
How to prepare: Cut an apple in thin slices | Add a pinch sugar and bake for 10-15mins | Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon if you want more taste!
