The Snake Diet is meant to imitate the eating patterns of wild animals. In fact, wild animals eat every 8-12 hours in order to stay in a state of peak metabolism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The snake diet was originally created by Cole Robinson, who claims to be a fasting coach and expert without any qualifications in medicine and biology. Interesting!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His diet consists of 3 main phases: a phase of detoxification, a fasting phase and a feasting phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The snake diet is based on the idea that eating a lot of food is bad for weight loss. Instead, it claims that if you eat little to no food during an 8-12 hour window, you will begin to shed water weight. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In other words, if you make yourself fast for several hours each day of the week, your body will naturally shed water. (which is true)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a result, you will be able to lose more weight because this process results in greater fat loss because your body is using this additional energy for metabolism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
